D4A is an association of individuals and organisations brought together by a shared commitment to creating greater access to opportunities and enabling meaningful social impact. The name Disha For All reflects our belief in making direction and opportunity more inclusive.
Our Mission
Towards the All-Round Excellence of Children
Our work extends across the wider ecosystem around children and young people. We engage with parents, teachers, educators, trainers, mentors, institutions, NGOs, foundations, corporates and other organisations, recognising that each can contribute in different ways to creating meaningful opportunities. We therefore work not only through our own efforts, but also by supporting and strengthening the efforts of others.
Our approach is collaborative and flexible. Where there is a meaningful need, we seek to contribute through resources, capabilities, partnerships, networks, knowledge or other forms of support. We may create opportunities directly, enable existing efforts or bring people and organisations together where collaboration can create greater impact.
D4A seeks to build a platform through which people, organisations and resources can come together to create meaningful social impact. While children remain central to our purpose, our work can extend wherever we believe our capabilities and partnerships can make a constructive difference to individuals, communities and causes.
